Notes and Legend
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The sheet does not clearly indicate the flow, and some of the reference
recordings ignore the repeats. Similarly their tempos vary widely, from from
100-168 bpm (beats per minute, eighth notes). The tempo of the MIDI is 150 bpm.

The order of play is 1-4,5-13,5-13,14-29,14-29,30-37,30-37,38-45,38-45,5-29.

Note the 1/32nd note in measure 15.

Left Hand Fingering (LHF) below the tab -
1 - index finger (forefinger)
2 - middle finger
3 - ring finger (annular)
4 - little finger (pinkie)
