A biography can be found at https://www.tabulatura.com/davidkellner.pdf The original MS has "Presto assai" (very fast). The MIDI tempo is 80 bpm (quarter notes) but it sounds fine at the slower tempo of 76 bpm as played by Joseph Labute. (Note: Joseph Labute merges measures 11 and 12 together.)
