"Poco mas" in measure 16 may mean "a little louder" (?).

left hand fingering (LHF) below the tab -
1 - index finger (forefinger)
2 - middle finger
3 - ring finger (annular)
4 - little finger (pinky)

>      - accented, marked, stressed
cV     - part barre on the 5th fret
p      - piano - soft, quietly (p y... - soft and...)
rall.  - rallentando - slowing down & broadening out
